Your style is very good to work with. You provide an outline and structure, then tailor the program to the individuals' needs as you go along. I appreciated your flexibility and asking us at the beginning of each session how we were and if there was anything we wanted to focus on.

The sessions that were most useful were the ones where we went over a piece of the non-defensive communication process, then used specific examples to break it down and apply it to our situations.  

It was very helpful to do the personality style profile to have a base to work from in looking at our business relationship. It provided very specific input into myself and my business partner and using this input in the discussions shed a whole new light on our relating. I found this to be very helpful in learning the other person's style and how to use our strengths and weaknesses to work together and compliment one another. As a tool by itself I think it would have been less useful - but when you added the explantions and used it as examples in our relating during the sessions, it was very useful and powerful.  

Your coaching completely transformed my partnership in my business. When you began working with us we were in conflict, and both of us were hurt and frustrated; when we completed our work with you we were supportive of one another and willing to look at ourselves and our relationship in a new light.
