Biographies:
LEAH
ANTIGNAS, MA, RPCC
Leadership & Management Consultant
As a consultant and facilitator, Leah partners with organizations to design and deliver customized programs in leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Leah is also director of Golden Gate University's Center for Academic and Professional Success where she is responsible for the direction and management of academic support and career management services. Prior to joining Golden Gate University, Leah coached individuals interested in digital media and socially responsible business including work as a career adviser at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and as adjunct faculty at San Francisco State University and the Art Institute of California, San Francisco.
Leah’s industry experience includes work in film production and the performing arts as well as 10 years managing creative teams and producing products for Apple Computer, Broderbund Software and Purple Moon Media.
Leah also holds an MA in education from San Diego State University and a BA in sociology from UCLA. Leah also holds a post-graduate certificate in Career Development from the School of Management at John F. Kennedy University. As a registered professional career counsellor in the state of California, Leah is a qualified administrator of the MBTI® among other proven assessment instruments used in the field of career and leadership development. Leah is also an alumna of the Center for Creative Leadership where she received certification in program development methodologies and facilitation of leadership and organization assessment tools.

NIKA
QUIRK, MBA, Certified InterPlay® Leader,
Creative Leadership Coach & Learning Facilitator
As a coach, academic educator and masterful facilitator/trainer, Nika co-creates imaginative learning and leadership within teams and alliances.
Nika’s
career has included nine years as a paralegal,
eight years as Director of an Employee Assistance
Non-Clinical Counseling Service, and four years as Director of Program
Management at PeopleSoft, Inc. where she
played an active role in strategic planning
and software manufacturing management.
In addition to an MBA from the University of Phoenix and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Oakland’s Holy Names University, Nika completed coach-training coursework at Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael and holds a Certificate in Training and Human Resource Development from UC Berkeley Extension. She is a Certified Small Business Advisor with The One Page Business Plan Company®.
Currently, she’s engaged in a Ph.D. program in Transformative Studies at California Institute of Integral Studies focused on building collaborative capacity in individuals, groups and organizations. She has been an online learning adjunct faculty with University of Phoenix and designed and co-taught "If Not Now, When? Leading through Expressive Arts" in the Transformative Leadership Masters program at CIIS in 2009. Nika also serves as the National Board President of Body Wisdom, Inc., a non-profit arts organization.
