STERLING
P NEWBERRY
Certified Professional Facilitator
In the world of business there are some
people who love to work in the spaces between
today and tomorrow. Sterling is one of those
people. His passion is sustainable change,
and you will find him talking to people
about what his Mom calls “the real
stuff”. What caused this problem,
and how can we talk about it so everybody
gets engaged? What kind of organization
energizes people and brings them back to
work/play every day? His methods are facilitation
and mediation, and his play grounds are
workshops in Non-Defensive Communication
and Authentic Happiness.
Sterling
is a Certified Professional Facilitator
by the International Association of Facilitators,
and has a BA in Sociology from Dickinson
College, and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict
Resolution from John F. Kennedy University.
He believes that organizations are living
organisms, that each person plays a vital
role in the life of the group, and that
the health of the whole and every part are
inextricably intertwined. He seeks true
knowledge by journeying through head, hand
and heart. For a case study and testimonial please click here. Please also see my latest article, Pointing The Finger; Which Way?.
