The coaching process takes the client from where they are to where they want to go. It is a combination of envisioning and idea-generation, strategic and detailed action planning, and effective plan execution. Individual Assessments
Change begins with insight into your self and others. Assessment tools can be the beginning point of this process. They provide validated results based on individual input.


MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is a well researched personality assessment. It measures an individual’s natural personality preferences resulting in a personality type. There are 16 different types possible, each equally valuable and important in making significant contributions. When used in an organization, the results provide insights into leadership styles, team dynamics, communication styles, problem solving, and work preferences. For career development, this assessment provides individuals with insights pertaining to career choices, interpersonal dynamics and work environment.


Benchmarks® is a 360-degree feedback instrument developed by the Center for Creative Leadership that measures 16 leadership competencies critical for success. The assessment uses surveys distributed to a leader’s supervisor and anonymously to peers and direct reports. The data is compiled and compared to the individual’s own rating of each competency and to a norm group based on management level and business sector. The results suggest areas for development and tools to create a development plan.
