is a 360-degree feedback instrument
developed by the Center for Creative
Leadership that measures 16 leadership
competencies critical for success.
The assessment uses surveys distributed
to a leader’s supervisor
and anonymously to peers and direct
reports. The data is compiled
and compared to the individual’s
own rating of each competency
and to a norm group based on management
level and business sector. The
results suggest areas for development
and tools to create a development
